Singapore/Asia documentary photographer Ricky Gui rush off to document the aftermath of the collision of St Vincent and The Grenadines-registered bulk carrier, MV Waily, damaged the Malaysian-registered tanker MT Bunga Kelana 3. Estimated 2,500 tonnes of crude oil spilled into the sea. Due to the wind condition, oil slick floated along the 13 kilometres coastline of East Coast Park, causing inconvenience to visitor.
